known as the third coast. it’s crystal clear water, blue skies, singing sand, warm breezes, and great company (although, we did miss two important figures this year,Gaby and Wolf) …i love the ocean without salt, better known by some as Lake Michigan. Each year we pack all the important things: smokey links, tents, beer, and sunscreen; then make the 4-5 hour drive (depends on who is driving) up north to our secret, undisclosed location. This year Gene and Craig witnessed the Northern Lights, and i saw a shooting star …not bad for lil’ o’ Michigan, huh?! (Actually, lots of of other things happened also, but it’s too much for me to get into…) I really do love this tradition with all of you….hope next year all the folks will be in attendance….see you then. Same place, same time….

love it, love it, love it!
Aww, I thought that first photo was between Caper’s ears at first.
no…that’s p-nut…but that would have been a perfect foto….
Let’s go back right now!
